Role and operation

  • The Observatory's Scientific and Expert Committee (CSE) is a dedicated group within the PARC foundation's Scientific and Committee.
  • Its members take part in the Observatory's methodological reflections on a voluntary basis.
  • It ensures that the Observatory's publications are methodologically rigorous. It has the right to review the methodologies used in studies and data monitoring dashboards. It is involved in all new studies developments.
  • Its role is not to produce an assessment of the data, commitments and policies of the players identified by the Observatory.
  • It makes recommendations designed to guarantee the quality and relevance of the data presented by the Observatory.
  • CSE members are not remunerated for their work.
